Lived here for 2 years and only moved out because our degree is longer than some of our housemates so they graduated and we had to downsize. Having 2 bathrooms is a big help and having one electric and one from the boiler means you'll always have access to hot water if anything goes wrong. On the rare occasion that anything does go wrong with the house, Emma was always very fast in getting it fixed; the leak we had in the roof at one point was repaired the very next day and it was a weekend.
